We are so pleased to announce that we are now offering our Women’s Day retreat “Mare Wisdom” at Follyfoot.
Mare (female horse) Wisdom means the day is open to women who want to come and take some time for themselves to really connect with their feminine energy.
Think peace, tranquility, time for YOU and a space to explore what might be blocking you and need releasing. You can say/shout the things that you hold back for fear of judgement.
Mares are natural leaders. The Lead Mare in a herd holds her feminine energy naturally and, through it, shares her wisdom, guidance and strength with the other horses. Our women’s day retreat is an opportunity to step into our herd and allow a Mare to assist you in connecting with your own feminine wisdom and strength.
We will also meet our lovely boys in the herd who will show off their cheeky playful sides no doubt!
The day will be centred around mindful activities in nature and with our horses.
It is perfect for anyone wanting to take time for themselves to let go of any emotional baggage, to breathe and reset in a peaceful and calm location with other like minded women.
